Rail-Mounted Mobile Eco Dedusted/Dust Proof Port Hopper
Rail-type harbour hoppers, usually used in bulk cargo loading and unloading places installed with rails, such as wharves, are mobile devices installed on the traditional hoppers to move along the rails. Self-driven or external traction options are also available. The mobile unit allows the hopper to greatly increase the unloading capacity of harbours and terminals.
Hoppers are mainly used in ports, terminals, factories and other places for loading and unloading dry bulk goods. It is usually used with grab gantry crane.
Outlet end of hopper:
1. It can be connected with trucks to unload goods;
2. Connect with conveyor belt to send the goods directly into the warehouse and other places;
3. Connect with bale filling machine, which can directly divide and pack the dry bulk goods directly.
 

 

ECO Dedusted Hopper
have two parts, up side parts and down side parts,because open mouth of feeding funnel is larger enough, so it is difficult for it to cause dust. And at the feedopening of hopper, have installed induced draft cover, so that it can avoid too much dust when loadingmaterial to trucks. 

All adsorbent dust will fall back to the parts of feed opening via back flushing of dirt catcher,This equipment adopted advanced technology from foreign, reasonable design, and work at a very good condition.
