Marine Crane Design
All our cranes are designed to consider the special conditions of marine applications: harsh environments, dynamic load conditions, excessive side loads, and stresses exposed to the crane during operation.
The design is based mainly on the use of high-tensile steel. The design is focused on protecting the crane against overload by absorbing additional forces through its special boom construction. The design offers extremely high resistance against overloads and combines perfectly high elasticity with
rigidity, thereby reducing the risk of accidents.
Reinforcements and double plates are installed to create smooth transitions between elastic and rigid points. The structures are designed to prevent stress concentration points.
The crane's design is focused on elasticity, as it operates during the relevant movements of a vessel and/or load.
