Small telescopic folding arm offshore crane is a kind of lifting machinery based on hydraulic drive technology, with a telescopic arm and folding arm composite structure, mainly used in marine scenes (such as small ships, offshore platforms, port terminals, etc.), which can realize the lifting, handling and installation of goods. Its "small" attribute is usually reflected in the rated lifting capacity (generally 1-10 tons), volume, and installation adaptability, which is suitable for use in marine environments with limited space.

Engine: Diesel engine, or explosion-proof three-phase motor
Hydraulic system: Precision-controlled pumps and valves for smooth operation
Slewing motor: Low speed, high torque hydraulic motor, capable of 360° continuous rotation.
Base and fixing device: The base is a box-type steel structure, connected to the deck by high-strength bolts made of 316 stainless steel to prevent seawater corrosion;
Operation mode: You can choose to use the handle to link local control or remote control, the wireless remote control distance is ≥100m.

Key Configurations

Display and monitoring: Optional touch screen display, real-time display of lifting capacity, working radius, boom angle, hydraulic pressure and other parameters, support historical data storage (≥1000 fault records).
Safety protection: Equipped with electronic torque limiter and limit device, when the torque or boom extension and folding reaches a certain ratio, alarm, cut-off and other operations are triggered to protect safety. The slewing mechanism is equipped with hydraulic brake valve, which automatically locks when the power is off. The hydraulic system is equipped with accumulator, which can complete emergency actions such as hook lowering in case of sudden power failure.
Paint: The surface and key parts of the structure are painted according to marine paint standards to prevent corrosion and rust.
Cab: Ergonomic ROPS/FOPS certified cab with air conditioning
Wire rope: galvanized steel wire rope is used.
