1. Operating Principle
The electric hydraulic grab power plant operates primarily on the combined principles of hydraulic transmission and mechanical transmission. Upon the activation of the electric motor, the hydraulic pump commences operation, pumping hydraulic oil from the reservoir into the pressure piping system. Through the manipulation of the electric control box or remote controller, the opening and closing of the hydraulic directional valve are controlled, directing the flow of hydraulic oil into or out of the corresponding chambers within the cylinder, thereby actuating the opening and closing of the grab buckets. During the process of waste capture, the buckets close to encircle the refuse; conversely, during the disposal phase, the buckets open to release the waste.
