This type of scale is suitable for weighing & bagging materials automatically such as salt, sugar, candy, spices, fancy food, rice, wheat, barley, rice corn, etc. in the industries of food, chemical, salt, sugar, grain, seeds, milk powder, feed, and washing powder, and can be composed a semi-automatic or full-automatic packaging production line with the conveyor, sealing(sewing) machine, hoister, and other packaging equipment.

The Bagging Machine is used for bagging free flowing bulk, i.e. Fertilizer, grains etc. of particles size 4 to 8mm and density between 750 - 1100kg and m3 at 45 degrees angle of response.

All equipment (as above) is mounted in a container. Tow axles, one fixed and one pivoted, are fitted beneath the container, the container can move on the harbor or goods field. There are two working lines. Each working line must run independently. Users can run one working line according to the user's demand.

Noted:
This machine is specially designed for packing weighing filling granular materials into open-mouth bags like plastic woven bags, Kraft bags, sacks, paper-plastic compound bags, PE, PP bags, etc.
Working Principle
First, the bag needs to be applied manually to the filling spout and the filling process is started by a push button. Your material will first go to the hopper and then be filled into the bags via the feeding parts. The filling flow is controlled by the frequency-change rotating speed. When the bag is filled fully, the bag clamping device will automatically open and the bag will be conveyed to the sewing system for sealing.
Working Process
Manually bag placing → Automatic filling → Automatic weighing → Automatic conveying → Automatic sealing (sewing stitching or weld heating) → next process
