cleaning-up capabilities.    Scissars grabs are available with every possible kind of opening direction and with diverse cable patterns: longitudi-nal, transversal and diagonally opening in rellation to the crane. To combat the emission of dust, the Scissors grat
can also be fitted with environmentally friendly shells.

 

The main structural features and advantages are as follows:

Simple structure: The scissor grab is composed of two jaw plates and a central hinge point, and the opening and closing action of the jaw plate is realized through the rope afterburner arm, which simplifies the mechanical structure.

Gradual increase of closing torque: During the closing process, due to the application of the lever principle, the closing torque of the jaw plate will gradually increase to the maximum, which helps to improve the grasping efficiency and the filling rate of the material.

High Gripping Efficiency: The design of the scissor grab allows it to achieve a large gripping volume when grabbing materials, while maintaining a low dead weight, which not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces the power consumption per ton of material for loading and unloading.

Convenient operation: The opening and closing action of the grab is completed by relaxing and tightening the wire rope, which simplifies the operation process and makes the operation more convenient.

Wide applicability: scissor grab is especially suitable for loading and unloading ore, coal and other materials on the special wharf, and has broad application prospects.
