Product Description

The eco-hopper is mainly used for loading bulk material dust free, even material discharge, and discharging material dust free.  The bulk material is grabbed by the grab which is operated to the top of the eco-hopper.  When the grab is open, the bulk material is loaded into the eco-hopper.  The outlet of eco-hopper is equipped with electro-hydraulic shut-off gate, which can accurately control the material flow in accordance with the actual requirement of loading efficiency, so that the discharge is safe and effective, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
    Design principle: The hopper is divided into two parts, the upper hopper is high.  The grab is placed in the upper hopper to open, which can eliminate the influence of wind on the dust.  There is a dust suppression grid between the upper and lower hoppers.  When the material falls from the grab passing through the dust suppression grid to the lower hopper, a large amount of dust will be generated.  The dust suppression grid can effectively block the dust in the lower hopper.  Drafted by the ventilation fan, the lower hopper is kept under pressure.  The dust is drafted into the bag filters to achieve the dust removal effect. The dust collected by the bag filters is directly returned to the lower hopper. The whole process is fully automatic, and there is basically no material loss.
