Electro hydraulic dual scoop clamshell bucket for loading and discharging of compact bulk materials, to be fitted on a single line crane. They are easy and quick to connect to the crane and are simple to use.
The type of the electro hydraulic clamshell buckets depends on the material to be handled:

The grabs are manufactured of high quality wear resistant steels. All bearings are heavy-duty and sealed for high performance. Bearings of turning point can be executed with bronze. The shafts are manufactured of 42CrMo4. The cylinder rods are made of stainless steel hard chromed (RVS).
These clamshell buckets are available in every capacity from 1000 litres.
It is an efficient handling tool used in railway terminal, wood transport department and wood processing sector. It has two tines. TR 1800 has 1-5 m³ capacity. It has an Electro-Hydraulic system that works with electricity. Its motor force is increased related to grab force. It is used by a control panel. The mechanical structure for opening & closing is succinct and original. No maintenance required except greasing. It is easy to use and can work under any circumstances in order.
Structure:
It is equipment for the crane which has two hoisting drums and it is an efficient tool for handling scrap steel, rocks, garbage, wood, solid waste and demolition etc. The number of tines change between 3 and 8 according to capacity of grabs.
Function:
It has one line opening and one line closing functions. The mechanical structure for opening and closing is succinct and original. No maintenance required except greasing. It is easy to use and can work under any circumstances in order.
Different model:
The orange peel grab has three models, that is, single rope, two ropes, and four ropes. Orange peel grab is an efficient tool could replace manpower for loading and unloading lump cargo, such as pig iron, ore, clinker, under any severe circumstances.
