This type of scale is suitable for weighing and bagging materials automatically, such as salt, sugar, candy, spices, fancy food, rice, wheat, barley, rice corn, etc., in the food, chemical, salt, sugar, grain, seeds, milk powder, feed, and washing powder industries. It comprises a semi-automatic or full-automatic packaging production line with a conveyor, sealing(sewing) machine, hoister, and other packaging equipment.

5. Flowing Process:
Manually bag placing → Automatic filling → Automatic weighing → Automatic conveying → Automatic sealing (sewing stitching or weld heating) → next process
6. Working Principle
First, the bag must be manually applied to the filling spout, and a push-button starts the filling process. Your material will go to the hopper and be filled into the bags via the feeding parts. The frequency-change rotating speed controls the filling flow. When the bag is filled fully, the clamping device will automatically open, and the bag will be conveyed to the sewing system for sealing.
