Container tilter are used to load and unload crushed steel, scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metals, grain, sugar, plastics, cotton, malt, barley, coal, pellets, petrochemicals and other bulk materials. Load Tippers are rated at 35 tonnes for 20ft and 40 tonnes for 40ft.

Classification: Container tilter  are divided into loading  tilter and unloading tilter.

Applications: Railway yards, wharves, grain depots, coal yards and other working scenarios with bulk materials.

Container Loading Tilter Working Principle
The tilter unloads the container from the tractor and rotates it to 0~ 90 degrees to compact the material during loading. The doors of the container are opened and closed by means of hydraulic cylinders.
