:This machine is especially designed for packing weighing filling granular materials into open-mouth bags like plastic woven bags, Kraft bags, sacks, paper-plastic compound bags, PE, PP bags, etc.
II. Working Principle
First, the bag need be applied manually to the filling spout and the filling process is started by a push-button.Your material will firstly go to the hopper and then be filled into the bags via the feeding parts. The filling flow is controlled by the frequency-change rotating speed. When the bag is filled fully, the bag clamping device will automatically open and the bag will be conveyed to the sewing system for sealing.
III. Working Process
Manually bag placing → Automatic filling → Automatic weighing → Automatic conveying → Automatic sealing (sewing stitching or weld heating) → next process

2. Instruction of the equipment

The equipment is mainly used to unload and load bulk cargo to truck. Via grab type gantry crane to grab cargo, then through relevance traveling mechanism of gantry crane to put the grabbed material on the above of load system, then open the grab via gantry crane's PLC control system, the bulk cargo will be load into the hopper directly, on hopper, have an electric hydraulic push rod control device, it is used to control the output of cargo, to make the hopper work safety, effective and improve working efficiency when load cargo.
