The 100-ton folding arm hydraulic offshore crane is heavy engineering equipment for marine environments. It uses a hydraulic system as a power source and realizes cargo's lifting, luffing, and rotation through a folding arm boom structure. Its rated lifting capacity is 100 tons (i.e., the maximum safe lifting weight is 100 tons). This equipment is mainly used in marine engineering, port loading and unloading, ship operations, and other scenarios. It can complete heavy-duty operations such as hefty equipment lifting, cargo transfer, and maritime rescue in complex sea conditions such as ship decks, offshore platforms, and port terminals.

Port and ship operations: heavy cargo loading and unloading of large container ships and bulk carriers, main engine lifting during ship maintenance;

Emergency rescue: lifting of heavy equipment and salvage of sunken ships when ships are in distress at sea.

Engine: Diesel engine or explosion-proof three-phase motor
Hydraulic system: Precision-controlled pumps and valves for smooth operation
Slewing motor: Low-speed, high torque hydraulic motor capable of 400° continuous rotation.
Base and fixing device: The base is a box-type steel structure connected to the deck by high-strength bolts made of 316 stainless steel to prevent seawater corrosion;
Operation mode: You can choose to use the handle to link the local control or remote control. The wireless remote control distance is ≥100m.
Display and monitoring: The optional touchscreen display displays lifting capacity, working radius, boom angle, hydraulic pressure, and other parameters in real time. It also supports historical data storage (≥1000 fault records).

Key Configurations

Safety protection: Equipped with an electronic torque limiter and limit device, when the torque or boom extension and folding reaches a specific ratio, alarm, cut-off, and other operations are triggered to protect safety. The slewing mechanism has a hydraulic brake valve that automatically locks when the power is off. The hydraulic system is equipped with an accumulator, which can complete emergency actions such as hook lowering in case of sudden power failure.
Paint: The surface and key parts of the structure are painted according to marine paint standards to prevent corrosion and rust.
Cab: Ergonomic ROPS/FOPS certified cab with air conditioning
Wire rope: galvanized steel wire rope is used.
AHC system: Optional with intelligent heave compensation system.
