So it can load and unload many kinds of bulk materials,such as grain,coal sand,fertillizer and so on.It also can be used for lifting other heavy cargo or heavy equipment.

 

Telescopic/Fixed Over Height Container Lifting Beam/frame spreader 

The over height lifting frame is designed for lifting the nonstandard container such as flat rack container spreader,it include fixed type and telescopic type ,for the control,you can choose the automatic hook type and manual operated.

Gravity Centralizer
When lifting the container,the goods are on one side of the container ,the center of gravity of the container is shifted to the weight direction. At this case ,if conventional spreader is still employed ,the whole lifting device is inclined, there is safety risks.
In order to achieve the balance of lifting, a set of balance device can be added to the head, and the balance point of the whole lifting device can be found by sliding the chain in the balance sprocket wheel to achieve the balance effect. 

 

Add the box iron
This box iron will be welded in the middle of the spreader,it is convenient for the forklift to lift it.
