Telescopic Boom

This crane is hydraulically driven, maximum capacity is 200t/m. The control can be either manual or wireless remote control .All hydraulic components used are from internationally renowned brand.

This davit is rescue boat davit , can be doubled up as life davit, it satisfied SOLAS ,MSC and IMO standard, able to safely launch rescue boat/liftraft under the adverse condition of 20 list and 10 trim . The capacity can be increased to serve as crane as per client request.

Structural features:

Base: Used to withstand all vertical forces, radial forces, and overturning moments of the crane.

Tower body: Usually a box-section welded structure, with high strength and easy manufacturability.

Boom: The knuckle arm telescopic structure is adopted, and the extension distance can be customized according to the user's needs to save space.

Hoisting winch: Installed on the main boom, including hydraulic motor, reducer, brake, etc., for lifting and lowering the hook.

 

 

Slewing rings: suitable for carrying many types of loads, such as axial forces, radial forces, and overturning moments.

Slewing mechanism: It is composed of a hydraulic motor, a planetary reducer, a brake, etc., which drives the crane to rotate.

Luffing cylinder: control the up and down movement of the boom.

Telescopic cylinder: Controls the retraction and extension movement of the boom components.

 

 

Wire rope: used for lifting, usually galvanized non-rotating wire rope.

Hooks: Manufactured according to marine hook standards for safe working loads.

Operating platform: Mounted on one side of the tower, the operator can clearly see the movement of the hook and the nearby situation.

Oil Pump: Provide hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system of the crane.
