Spreader Characteristics

Safety Protection
1. When the spreader lifts the container, the load should not exceed the max. SWL.
2. When using the spreader, use the design function only.
3. The person shouldn't stand under the lifting spreader.
4. After the operation, please check if there are damages on the spreader if the fasteners are loose. If so, please repair timely.
Repair and Maintenance
1. Twist lock
(1). Each twist lock should be lubricated (Grease ZG-3), and the spreader for half a year.
(2). The hinge point of the connecting rod should be lubricated frequently.
(3). After operation, please check for damages on the twist lock.
2. The bearing block of the connecting rod should be lubricated frequently.
1. After 50 hours and 250 hours of operation, all the fasteners should be fastened again, and all the lubricating parts should be lubricated.
2. After 100 hours of operation or lifting 1500 containers, check if all the screws and fasteners are fastened. If loose, please fasten again.
3. After 1000 hours' operation or lifting 15000 containers, all the lubricating parts should be lubricated.
4. After 1500 hours' operation or lifting 25000 containers, the twist lock structure should be checked.
a)Disassemble all four twist lock structures.
b)If any problem, please replace it accordingly.
c)Washing all the parts.
d)Install the four twist lock structures.
5. After 3000 hours of operation or lifting 50000 containers, the twist lock structure should be checked, if there are cracks or other faults, please replace timely.
6. After 6000 hours of operation or lifting 100000 containers, please replace the twist lock structure.
