Anchor mooring winch is a combination of anchor windlass and mooring winch. It is an ideal choice to perform both anchoring and mooring functions in various types of vessels.
The winch can be electrically or hydraulically driven depending on the existing infrastructure, your preference and financial
considerations.
It can be designed for any type or size of mooring line and any chain size to suit your winching requirements.
The anchor and mooring winch can pull up to 100 tons. We offer a variety of optional features to make sure you end up with a perfect winch system.
With highly efficient, safe and reliable operation, this equipment can bring value to various ships, like barges, passenger vessels, tankers, multi purpose vessels and inland vessels.
According to the power source can be divided into electric anchor mooring winch and hydraulic mooring winch.
Depending on the number of drums, they can be divided into single drum mooring winches and double drum mooring winches.
Electric Anchor Mooring Winch
Power Source:Electric anchor mooring winch is driven by electric motors, which are often preferred for their simplicity, ease of control, and relatively lower maintenance requirements.
Operation: These winches use electrical power to drive the drum, which winds or releases the anchor chain or rope as needed. The operator can control the winching process of the electric winch conveniently from a control station.
Applications: Electric anchor mooring winch is commonly used in smaller vessels, where its efficient and straightforward operation meets the anchoring needs without the complexity of hydraulic systems.
Hydraulic Anchor Mooring Winch
Power Source: Hydraulic anchor mooring winch utilizes hydraulic systems powered by hydraulic pumps. This type is known for its robustness and ability to handle heavy-duty applications.
Operation: Hydraulic winch uses hydraulic fluid to generate power, providing significant force for handling large and heavy anchors. The control of these hydraulic winches is often precise, allowing for nuanced anchor management.
Applications: Hydraulic anchor mooring winch is frequently employed in larger vessels and offshore structures where the demand for power and reliability is high.

Hydraulic winch installation
1, winch installation location and direction, allowing the drum axis as the center, any conversion position.
2, install the base plate bolt hole location installation. Note: The number and size of fixing bolts must comply
with the requirements and must not be reduced or replaced with small diameter bolts.
3, winch floor installation, must be fixed and reliable, shall not be bent in use, the installation of the flatness of not
more than 0.5mm, otherwise it will affect the smooth operation of the winch.
4, after the winch is installed, the base contact surface should be level and force evenly.
5, to ensure that the vertical axis of the drum and the pulley vertical, vertical axis of the drum and the pulley angle of
not more than 1.5 degrees.
6, winch oil control valve should be a spring reset H-type three-way four-way valve, control valve installation
location, according to the needs of the operation on the appropriate location.
