Working Process:
Manually bag placing → Automatic filling → Automatic weighing → Automatic conveying → Automatic sealing (sewing stitching or weld heating) → next process

 
Working Principle:
First, the bag need be applied manually to the filling spout and the filling process is started by a push-button.Your material will firstly go to the hopper and then be filled into the bags via the feeding parts. The filling flow is controlled by the frequency-change rotating speed. When the bag is filled fully, the bag clamping device will automatically open and the bag will be conveyed to the sewing system for sealing.

The equipment is mainly used to unload and load bulk cargo onto trucks. Via grab type gantry crane to grab cargo, then through the relevant traveling mechanism of a gantry crane to put the grabbed material on the above load system,  open the grab via gantry crane's PLC control system, the bulk cargo will be loaded into the hopper directly, on the hopper, have an electric hydraulic push rod control device, it is used to control the output of cargo, to make the hopper work safety, effective and improve working efficiency when load cargo.

2.The hopper should not be hitted frequently by the grab.Across the guard rail is prohibited. Please make a safe preparation when need to check and repair the hopper outside the guard rail. Be careful when going up or down to the hopper. Jumping and playing are prohibited.All the joints of the lines should be examined regularly.All the electrical equipment should be operated safely and checked regularly. All the bolts should be checked regularly, to see if there are looseness and fracture or not. If there are looseness and fracture in the bolts, stop operation and replace the bad bolts, then go ahead the operation. The dust catcher should be checked and maintained regularly.Use four same steel wire ropes to lift the hopper, and the four pillars (legs),should be stressed equally and stably.When turning on the power source, to see the turning direction of the air compressor (to adjust the phase line).Turn on the four push-buttons, to see if the motor runs normally. The dust catcher can not work if one motor doesn't run.(The dust catcher will be blanked off.)Let the hand spike and windlass run for a while, to see if the limiting is normal. The weld line of the hopper should be checked regularly for the hopper runs with vibration. If there are cracks in the weld line, stop operation and repair the weld lines, then go ahead the operation.The scoops should be cleaned after operation. Let the valve in the safe opening position.8.  Others
3.During building the hopper, the buyer can go to the seller's factory to supervise and check the quality of the hopper.
 
When deliver, the manufacture should provide the general drawing of the hopper and wearing parts drawing. Operation Manual.
