Bulk cargo operators need equipment, solutions and expertise to help reduce dusty tasks during unloading while maintaining maximum unloading productivity.
ENJUE hopper is an important piece of equipment for bulk cargo handling, providing an efficient solution for unloading dry bulk cargo in ports, harbours and terminals.

 How hoppers work:

Enjue hoppers are mainly used for unloading bulk cargo onto trucks or conveyor belts.
1. Grabbing the cargo through the grab type gantry crane;
2. Grabbed materials are placed on top of the loading system through the relevant travelling mechanism of the gantry crane;
3. Opening the grab through the PLC control system of the gantry crane and loading the bulk goods directly into the hopper;
4. There is an electro-hydraulic actuator control device on the hopper, which is used to control the output of the goods, so that the hopper can work safely and effectively when loading the goods and improve the working efficiency.
5. The lower end of the hopper is connected to a truck or conveyor belt or bag filling machine to unload the goods and send them to the warehouse or other places.

 Hopper Optional Functions

Ordinary hoppers can be derived into new products by attaching different functions according to different needs. For example, the ordinary hopper, plus tyre or rail running device, it becomes a mobile hopper; attached to the dust removal function, it becomes a dust hopper; plus dust removal and environmental protection devices, it becomes dust removal and environmental protection hopper(ECO Dedusted Hopper).
