Suit for container cranes under 40t, which is light, no need for power supply, easy to operate and less investment. Two types of spreader: 35t for 20 feet, 35t for 40 feet.
Product Description:
Semi-automatic spreaders are fixed to the hooks of gantry, bridge and portal cranes. Twist lock control is carried outmechanically by means of wire rope pulling. Hooking/unhooking is carried out without help of crane workers. Simplic-ity and convenience of spreader installation allow converting from hook crane into container crane in a short time.There is no necessity to arrange power supply for the spreader and to update the crane control circuit.

Operation
- Put thimble and sling onto the hook, and make sure the locks are open.
- Lift the hooks up to container keyholes, lower the thimble.
- lift the hook a bit and pull the close rope in the middle and make sure it locked, pin to 90°.
- Lift the container to the appointed location.
- hook, spreader away from the container. Complete a job cycle.
- Pull the rope in the middle again, pin back 90° and open the lock, lift the container.
